have you ever loved a band so much, that you cried at their concert. like...your jeering in the crowd, punching at the air to the beat, while a hundred other people punch with you. and you scream the words of the song, along with the rest of the crowd, and a tear slides down your face? i have. the band is called flogging molly.

they are amazing in every way. their concert is mildly one of the better things i ever did with my life.

go listen to them. as soon as you possibly can.

their are even certain songs, where a single part makes me tear up a bit. it so great.





have you ever read a book that literally tore a hole in your brain and raped it. mind-fucked you out of existence? totally made your mouth drop open in amazement that your reading such a peice of genius? i have. The book is called 'Rant; An Oral Biography of Buster Casey.'

this book is like a bible to me. if you ever read it, you'll never look at a car crash the same way. you'll never long for it quite the same way. you'll never consider forcing a black widow to sink its fangs into your arm in quite the same way.

the book is so amazing, i am considering buying a fake id that says my name is rant casey.

i decided it would be kinda cool to have like 9 fake ids. each with a different name. I'd get one that said i was black. and one that said i was a girl. a girl named 'chlymidia.'




so yeah. listen to that band. they're an irish rock band. sounds a little weird, i know. but its great. have faith. and the book is life changing.
